Hi Everyone !
At last we are able to pass along information about our Vegas gathering. (SEE ABOVE)

This should be a fun time for one and all. We will have some guests who will speak to us, videos to watch, a "Mack Is Fifty" celebration and two auctions, as well as the concert that Bill McCubbin has put together.

We are all on our own for meals this year. There is no outside food allowed in our meeting room,  but we  have arranged for some light snacks to be available.  We will have desert and beverages during our "Mack" celebration on Saturday evening. We are hoping that many of you will join together on Saturday evening for a buffet dinner at The South Point. It's good food and reasonably priced. There is also a nice cafe that has a great breakfast, and best of all, there is an ice cream shop in the lobby of The South Point !!

We do have some new folks joining us this year, so we are going to offer a car pool over to The Flamingo to see Bobby's star, and also a drive by of The Darin House. This will be on Sunday, mid-morning. If this is something you would like to do, let us know.

The meeting room is available on Sunday for us to meet and spend time together. One side of the room opens onto the pool and patio area, so it should be a fun place to just "hang-out" with friends and relax.

The concert is on Sunday, with showroom doors opening at 5:00 and concert at 6:00. The second (public) auction will follow the concert. The musicians and entertainers will be available after the concert for hugs and photos. Our meeting room is also available to us until 10:00 pm that evening, so those who would like can connect up there, following the concert.

This pretty much covers it. We want to thank you all for your patience and understanding over the past months. We know information has been slower in coming this year, but much of the planning has been for others to work out. We really could not move ahead with our responsibilities until other details were decided. Billy, Mac The CHF staff and South Point staff have all contributed much in time and talent to bring this dream to reality. Our goal and desire has been to keep Bobby's life story and music alive, while consciously making a difference in the lives of children and families suffering from heart disease. We think Bobby would be pleased.

Please feel free to contact us if your have any questions.
See you all soon !
Always remember-----BOBBY ROCKS 1
