We are pleased to offer the following group room rates based on single or double occupancy, in effect during Darin Lifetime Event '09. All
rates are subject to nine percent (9%) Clark County room tax.
The charge for an additional person, up to three (3) persons in a room, is $20.00 per night. Children under the age of 6 years may share a room with their parents
at no additional charge provided additional bedding is not
required. Within the State of Nevada, a “minor” is designated as a person who has not yet reached his or her 21st birthday. ID may be requested upon check-in. All persons, under the age of 21 years, will share a room with at least one adult chaperone,

OFF DATE All
requests for rooms at the convention group rate must be received no later than April
24, 2009. After April 24, 2009, the convention group rate expires and all rooms will revert back to the hotel for sale. Please
advise your attendees of the cut-off date. Rooms not physically occupied by 12 noon on the day immediately following the guest’s scheduled arrival date will be considered “no shows” and released to HOTEL house allocation. Payment of room and room tax for the guest’s scheduled arrival date on “no show” reservations will be forfeited and the room will be released to house allocation. Should the guest arrive after the room is released, a guestroom will be provided on a “space available” basis and the guest will be responsible for additional room and room tax incurred. HOUSING PROCEDURE
It is understood all requests for assignment of rooms out of your block will be made on an individual basis. The room block will be reserved for you upon execution of this agreement and held until the cut-off date, April 24, 2009 Guests may do so by calling our Reservations Department directly 866-791-7626 (toll free). In order to obtain your special group rate, the
guests need to identify themselves as being with The
Darin Lifetime Event.
The HOTEL requires a first night’s deposit of room and tax, per room, to guarantee individual reservations and the credit card will be charged. The HOTEL accepts all major credit cards for the deposit and the credit card will be charged for the stipulated room and tax.
Guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 AM on the following date. INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION POLICY Individual cancellations inside 72 hours of arrival shall forfeit any room deposit (if applicable), or be billed for one night’s room and tax. In addition, one night’s room and tax will be billed for any guest who fails to check-in on the scheduled arrival date. Any
remaining nights of a “no-show” reservation will be canceled, and all
deposits forfeited. METHOD OF PAYMENT
Individual
guests will be responsible for their own room, tax and incidental charges.

Check in time is after 3:00 p.m.
and check out is 12:00 p.m. Late check-outs are subject to a penalty fee of room and room tax for an additional evening. If guests arrive before their room is ready or their departure is later than the 12 noon check-out, the HOTEL Bell Desk will be happy to store luggage for guests’ convenience.
